- Primero. CORREGIR el numeral 7.1. contenido en la parte motiva de la sentencia T-102 de 2012. En consecuencia SUSTITUIR del texto correspondiente al numeral 7.1. de la providencia en mencion, por el siguiente:
- "En el caso de la senora Claudia Fernanda Barreto Vasquez quien fue vinculada al cargo de auxiliar administrativo grado III de la Direccion Seccional de Administracion Judicial de Santa Marta el 17 de octubre de 2007 y declarada insubsistente mediante resolucion numero 015 del 6 de enero de 2011, sin que su cargo hubiese sido ofertado en concurso publico abierto y sin que existiera lista de elegibles, siendo designada en su lugar otra persona en provisionalidad, la Sala considera -siguiendo el precedente definido en la sentencia SU- 917 de 2010-la procedencia de la accion de tutela como mecanismo transitorio para amparar los derechos fundamentales de la accionante y de su hija menor".
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Relatoria de esta Corporacion que adjunte copia del presente auto a la Sentencia T-102 de 2012, con el fin de que sea publicado junto con ella en la Gaceta de la Corte Constitucional correspondiente.
